Constant Pressure Water System

Our company provides food packaging container manufacturing for Dongguan Dongmeng Industrial Co., Ltd. In order to make production and manufacturing more stable, the company introduced a constant pressure water purification system. The tap water entering the water tower must be filtered by a water softener to produce soft water. The soft water is cooled in the water tower before entering the injection molding machine and blow molding machine molds in the workshop. The return water must pass through the water filter cylinder to filter out the oxides produced in the mold water channel before entering the water tower. The filter cylinder is equipped with an automatic alarm system, allowing technicians to regularly check and clean the oxides in the filter cylinder to ensure constant water pressure and water temperature, so that the products produced are more stable and have a smoother appearance.
