Production Machine Connection to Improve Production Efficiency and Quality

Our company provides food packaging container manufacturing for Dongguan Dongmeng Industrial Co., Ltd. The process of producing plastic bottles requires injection, preform injection, and bottle blowing. Because the injection and blowing are separated, a robot is required to pick up the preforms and put them in a transfer box. The workers then put the preforms on the bottle blowing machine. Now after connecting the machine, the preforms are conveyed to the bottle blowing machine after injection, which reduces production time and manpower, avoids scratches caused by the handling of preforms, and ensures quality.
